Clicked 'crossdressing' tag on Tumblr
Lots of people using the derogatory term ‘trap’ on here, isn’t there? It’s like a fighting games forum or something. Sigh.

Visiting the Parents, Part 2
Looking for something to lean on while I draw pictures. Found old Vampire: The Masquerade sourcebooks that I never used as no-one ever wanted to play it. What a cool kid I was in the 90s.

Visiting the Parents
My mum just read me her lengthy email correspondence with some council member about a complaint she lodged, concerning a posho that was letting their horse shit on the beach and in the sea, where my mum was with the grandkids. If only my mum’s righteous anger could be harnessed for the forces of good more often, instead of her mainly complaining about Daily Mail-ish things!

…feel pretty proud to be Scottish today, seeing as we’re legalising gay marriage. Yessss!

Well, Batman 3 was pretty corny, eh?
No good puns, though. I liked Bane’s Unicron voice. But I kept losing interest whenever Batman showed up.

Ace review of MST3K: The Movie in the new...
Choice extract:    ” Rambling sarcasm, childish quips, and intrusive observations - not incisive criticism - is the blunt tool of MST3K humour. There’s no genuine wit. It’s all just fanboy noise from a peanut gallery of trolls.” (Tony Lee, Interzone issue 241). Yessss. I was worried I was the only one who thought MST3K was an unfunny pile of shit. It’s not that...

Remember not to tell my family, eh. In other news, my enthusiasm for the new Batman film is curiously low. Sick of ‘Realistic’ Bats. Want Zur En Arrh.

Like a Business
My tumblr now has an ‘add to cart’ thingy on it, so you can buy Guts Powers without having to email me. If anyone wants to be the first to buy a copy and see if it works, please feel free… I have also added a section that actually has samples fae the comic. Why I didn’t have this from the get-go is anyone’s guess.

I am awful at promotion
Does anyone know any websites it’s worth sending my b+w Scottish indie crossdresser/unemployment/cosmic gas comic to for review purposes? I crave validation (and painful insults).

Guts Power 1-3 Now Available in Two Shops
Plan B Comics in Glasgow, and Deadhead Comics in Edinburgh. I got confused and scared when making this happen, and made myself look incompetent and ridiculous. Comics!

Comics Loser
My comic didnae win anything at the Glasgow Comic Con SICBA Awards thingy. Ocht well! Everything’s coool, as I got my Apocalypse War trade signed by John Wagner, Flex Mentallo signed by both Grant Morrison and Frank quitely, as well as getting Granto to sign his ill-fated Wildcats #1 (WHICH IS AN AMAZING COMIC). I also saw Jim Starlin get confused by Irn Bru. I don’t understand the...
