The uncoloured version of a picture I have made, representing ‘freedom’ for a zine or something? I am unsure of the actual nature of the project, but I am always happy to draw men in skirts. I watched Braveheart a couple of days ago, for the first time in years. I remember it as being a sack of utter shite, but hilariously so. Sadly, it is not even this. It is just deathly dull, and panders to the worst chip-on-shoulder jingoistic sentiments of ‘patriotic’ Scottish people. I remember when it was released, and Scottish newspapers and media and people totally jumped on its bandwagon, and embraced the film wholeheartedly, despite the retrogressive lies in it. Fuck THAT.“They fought like warrior poets. They fought like Scotsmen.” FUCK. OFF. Sometimes, like Ballboy, I hate Scotland.
