Been playing a bit of Street Fighter IV for the first time in ages

And I must have been spoiled lately by the magic of Darkstalkers, Third Strike and KoF XIII, because by jove, was SFIV ever an absolute chore to play.

Glah, I feel like drawing a picture of some sort of character from a fighting game. It has been a while. But whoooooo?

I have decided to practice with Handsome Fish Dude in Darkstalkers, so I now expect to get utterly destroyed online by everyone as I am not entirely sure how to use him properly.

But he’s just so handsome, especially when he pumps noxious fumes from his guts!

Darkstalkers is coming out for xbox live

A bit excited about this. I was never that good at Darkstalkers as I never gave it the time it deserved, in part due to me being too lazy to learn the special moves and how they differ between games. If this version of it has a pause screen movelist, that’ll make all the difference.

I really love the Darkstalkers characters (though Lilith is dubious as heck and Morrigan is fanservice dogshit, though I do like that she’s Scottish) and would really like to ‘get into it’ more. I also hope there’s the option to turn the smoothed-out HD visuals off. BIG PIXELS ARE BETTER.
